Jamie Casey

Co-Founder / Development Team Lead

Jamie has 12 years experience developing software applications and high end websites. Co-founder of Armour, he is also head of development within the company. Originally from Co. Kerry, he has a Degree in Computer Science and Masters in Multimedia Technology from University College Cork.

Andrew Dewdney

Co-Founder / Design Team Lead & Digital strategist

Andrew has 13 years design experience and is an award winning designer. Andrew is the co-founder and the design team lead within Armour. Originally from Co.Down he did his degree in Visual Communications in the University of Ulster, Belfast. He is experienced in creative direction, conceptualization and realization of high end and engaging systems and products. He has worked on projects for Connacht Rugby, Supermacs, Intel, Leap Card and is involved in the design and build of many enterprise level UX and UI projects.

Andrew Mullins


Andrew brings many years of commercial experience developing websites and web applications to the team. Having spent 4 confused years in UCC obtaining a BSc in Computer Science in the early part of the millennium, he has since managed to carve a living for himself as a web and software developer. He works using a wide array of frameworks and platforms and claims to enjoy the process of bringing a system to life.

He is the only member of the team to have his surname included in his Armour email address, being the second Andrew to join the team. However, he is not bitter regarding this issue in the slightest, feeling that this adds to his sense of elevated grandeur.

Patrick Gillespie


Patrick studied in NUI Galway and received a Bachelor of Arts (for the unique combination of Information Technology and History) as well as a Masters in Software Design and Development. He has a wealth of experience in developing web and mobile applications, for both iOS and Android, in a number of different frameworks and languages. In his spare time he enjoys watching movies, playing and making computer games.

Sarah Bruzzi


Sarah is a talented designer with a wealth of experience. She started out her career as a civil engineer, but decided on a change of direction and gained a 1st class honours degree in Visual Communications. Sarah joined the Armour team in 2015 and has worked on range of projects for Chanelle Medical, 531 Systems, and Lambe's Oil. In her spare time she is involved in the Galway arts scene and is actively involved in the Design Network West and Galway 2020 bid.

Mary McDermott


Mary graduated from NUI, Galway with a Higher Diploma in Software Design and Development. She is experienced in developing websites and mobile apps using a variety of languages and frameworks. The projects she has worked on include Portal, BarrCloud, Mediserve and Fleetminder. In her spare time she loves to travel and enjoys learning foreign languages.

Maria Šimić

Digital Strategist

Maria is Armour's Digital Marketing and Social Media guru! Originally from Croatia she moved to Galway in 2015. Maria brings a wealth of marketing experience to the team having working in a multinational marketing agency and has experience in managing successful blue chip clients such as Dr Oetker.

Will Morrissey

UX Designer

Originally from Co. Tipperary, Will is one of Armour’s passionate User Experience Specialists!. Will studied for 4 years in the University of Limerick where he obtained his degree in Interaction Design.
He is experienced in conducting user research, analysing user behaviours, producing wireframes & interactive prototypes and running usability testing sessions.
To date Will has worked on different UX projects for Supermacs, Medtronic, Openet and eFlow.

Joe Clarke


Having graduated from Sligo Institute of Technology with a Degree in his back pocket, Joe soon joined the ranks of Armour as a Developer. The Mayo man is experienced in many server side and client side languages, and has been known to create the odd masterpiece using CSS. Since joining Armour he has built many websites and web applications for the likes of Openet Accelerate, Teagasc, and Corrib Oil.

Niall McGuinness

Web Developer

Niall is a web developer from Roscommon. He is the newest member of the Armour team, with a degree in web development & creative media from Institute of Technology Sligo (where he met Joe). His past experiences include working for a design agency as well as doing freelance work in graphic design, web design & development. In his spare time, he plays guitar in a wedding band.
