As its name suggests, the Discovery phase will be devoted to meticulous research to identify trends and to investigate customer needs and perceptions. We find our new customers are often surprised that we invest a lot of time in asking questions, before we even start drawing up designs. We strongly believe that through our approach we are able to find better ways to understand the users and to give them the best solutions.

Our digital marketing phase prepares the product for final release and generating a solid traffic source which ultimately produces new or improved revenue streams for our clients. We review existing analytics and work with our clients to plan targeted search term results for your new website. We then optimize the new site to perform well in search results using the latest white hat SEO techniques and methodologies. We set up reporting and analytics tools to order to track progress.

A very important step in our process happens after the site goes live. This is when real end users begin interacting with the site. In this phase we put the design to the test. We use multiple methods of testing to analyse the live site. We’ll give you the data you need to make effective decisions:

  • A/B testing for important call to actions
  • Scroll mapping to see how far down your page users are scrolling
  • Heat mapping to see where people are clicking, which highlights areas that perhaps should be links but currently are not
  • Form web analytics and user journeys that can be played back in real time
  • Analytical reporting

We believe a website is never truly finished. That is why we implement an SLA which has been decided in the planning phase. This document decides on the various analytical reports and user testing methods & their frequency.
