The integration of classy custom graphics into web design is what we do and what we live for. We are driven to make award winning websites that surpass our clients expectations. We enjoy the challenge of making a website come to life – from conceptualisation to realisation!
In some web design agencies clients are dealt with by the “Marketing Team” or “Account Manager”. But what do these people know about website design? At Armour web design Galway we do things differently. Our clients meet directly with the person responsible for developing their website. We want to hear your passion for your business, your ideas, what you would like to achieve from your website, whether it is a large ecommerce website, or really unique web design for a small business. This initial meeting gives us ideas and client direction on where to take the initial concepts and future developments. We build your website around you – listening is the most important thing we to.
Creative Direction
Every good graphic design starts with a pen & paper. Before we start a project we take the notes and initial ideas from our client meetings and start to think of the the new web design project from a creative perspective. This involves brainstorming the brief with our design team in Galway and thinking of the best creative and innovative design concepts to deliver a great new website to our customers . Our creative director sketches out concepts, creates hand drawn illustrations, and hand draws wireframe diagrams which are then taken to the graphic design phase.
Design
The graphic design phase is done after the Creative Direction. This involves creating a mock up of the web design, taking client feedback on the graphics and layout and creating the final phase designs. Once all elements of the graphic design of the website have been signed-off by the client, our developers take the designs and the web development process commences. We design and develop everything from scratch and never use templates, or stock designs.
User Experience
Comprehending the user’s expectations from a website and providing them with an experience that is both engaging and enjoyable is something we care about – a lot!
Understanding what makes a great website deals with issues ranging from visual impact to content to interactivity and at Armour, we like to focus on achieving the perfect blend of all these factors to deliver great custom designed websites to our clients.
Handmade Code
Each project brings with it a unique flavour and we always like to take the time tailor each new website to the client’s needs.
That’s where the web development team come in – these guys can do some interesting things with a few lines of code!
