Call centre software
We have created call centre software for out of hours doctor on duty companies. The system is a Flex based software package that is downloadable directly to the clients computer centres, saving on the cost of production of distribution and delivery materials. It also benefits from regular updates with its connection to our cloud based server. The call centre software works independently of web connection, using local resources and files with an optional on site server setup.

Doctor On Duty is a 24-hour, 365 day medical deputising and locum service.
The most important part of our service is in providing an out-of-hours and home visiting service for GPs. Ours is a modern and professional medical service, covering hundreds of GPs and making up to 5,000 patient house-calls each month in the greater Dublin area.
The service operates from the purpose-built Dublin Medical Centre, which is the nerve centre of the operation and also houses a modern call and control hub. The centre is staffed on a 24/7 basis and controls a modern fleet of Doctor On Duty vehicles to ensure that patient calls are carried out quickly and efficiently.
