The Leap Card is a form of integrated ticketing introduced in Dublin in 2011.It is a prepaid card which can be used on Dublin Bus, DART, Bus Éireann, Iarnród Éireann, Swords Express and Luas. In April 2015 there were over 1 million Leap card users according to the National Transport Authority.
Armour won a tender on behalf of the National Transport Authority for the UX and UI design of the new Leap Card app. This included firstly wire-framing the user flow through the application (UX). Once this functionality was agreed upon, the UI phase involved fleshing out the wireframes into production ready graphics.
